IVECA’s mission of promoting intercultural competence, empathy, and global leadership perfectly aligns with the UN’s vision of a more peaceful, just, and inclusive world.
Our special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC and association with the UN-DGC strengthen our commitment to fostering these values in the leaders of tomorrow. By participating in IVECA’s programs, students become more than just informed individuals; they become advocates for positive change, equipped with the skills and knowledge to contribute to the United Nations' global vision.
At IVECA, we believe that educating students about the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is essential to building a better future for all. These 17 interconnected goals serve as a blueprint for global development and the promotion of peace and equity. By integrating the SDGs into our curriculum, we provide students not only with knowledge but also with the tools and mindsets they need to become responsible global citizens.
Through interactive virtual exchanges and collaborative projects, students from different countries come together to learn and address real-world challenges based on the SDGs, internalizing the importance of international cooperation and peacebuilding for it.
